Xavier J. Jackman is the CEO and founder of Cigar City Title, a leading title insurance agency serving the entire state of Florida. A resident of Florida for over 25 years with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area, Xavier brings a unique blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and community spirit to the real estate industry.
Xavier's academic journey began at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where he earned a degree in English Communications and a minor in Philosophy in 2000. He then pursued his passion for law at the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, earning academic honors, a book award in trial practice, and graduating in 2003. Mr. Jackman is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Beyond his professional achievements, Xavier is an active member of the Tampa community. He has dedicated over a decade to coaching at the Keystone Little League, fostering a love of sports in the next generation. When he's not cheering on his players, you can find Xavier enjoying quality time with his children, attending Tampa Bay sporting events, or indulging his passion for alpine skiing.

Nick Kolev
Nick Kolev brings nearly two decades of real estate law expertise to Green Line Title, serving both corporate and individual clients in the Tampa Bay area. His focus is on ensuring your real estate transactions close efficiently and accurately. He has a proven track record of success in a wide range of real estate matters, including foreclosure defense, quiet title actions, landlord-tenant issues, and contract disputes.
A member of the Florida Bar since 2006, Nick's educational foundation includes a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Before founding Green Line Title, he served as Managing Attorney for a major creditor's rights law firm, gaining extensive experience in litigation and collections for banks, lenders, and mortgage servicers. This experience gives him a unique insight into the intricacies of the closing process, allowing him to anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively.
Nick's litigation expertise covers areas like TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, predatory lending, and wrongful foreclosure. He also possesses a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Beyond his professional life, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing activities such as golf and pickleball. He is also fluent in Bulgarian.
